It is really important for you to stay current with all of the latest breakthroughs in communication. Most of these advances occur in the electronic formats, and it is understandable that you could use a little training to really understand how to use each one to the fullest. The best example might be some onenote 2007 training. Onenote is a really interesting piece of software. It helps you take the best notes possible for any meeting and project. It effectively acts as a giant database to store everything from simple memos to full webpages. It is then possible to share the Onenote file with fellow workers so that they can quickly understand just where you are in the project. It certainly makes things more collarborative.
Infopath 2007 training would be another example. This program is basically a set of templates that lets you send specialized forms out to anyone. If you are signing people up for a meeting or a project, then you can just grab a form and customize it as necessary in the Infopath. Then you can just send the email out. Once the information is returned, Infopath can then help you store and handle it for future reference.
