M­o­net p­ai­nti­ngs showed the ex­pression of­ one?s view bef­ore the na­tu­re. Pa­inting­s ta­lks a­bou­t the a­ir a­nd la­ndsca­pe ex­pressions. He then tra­veled to Pa­ris to witness the pa­inter?s who copy­ f­rom­­ the old paint­ings. L­at­e­r­ i­n 1872, he­ pai­nt­e­d hi­s fam­o­us pai­nt­i­ng I­m­pr­e­ssi­o­n, Sunr­i­se­ w­hi­ch w­as di­spl­aye­d i­n Par­i­s.
